I’ve tried a few of those – the leather/ball chain one and the satin cord/bead one. The leather ones are great, the satin cord ones drove me nuts
I also did a few with utility rope and solomon knots. way fun! all the tween girls were very happy with their presents

My daughter loves bracelets and I usually make her and her friends paper bracelets (Tutorial – http://papernpearlz.com/origami/paper-bracelets-tutorial/).
But these would be more long lasting
