According to a book we have (Lauren Child’s My Wobbly Tooth Must Not Ever Never Fall Out, do you know these English books about Charlie & Lola? If not you really should look them up!) the tooth fairy leave ‘a coin’, so our kids have always got €2, this being the biggest value single Euro coin there is. My son was quite chuffed to lose a tooth whilst at Grandma’s this Christmas, he got £2, which given exchange rates and such is worth a fair bit more than €2!!!
